Technical Support Engineer (Mechanical/ERP systems) - Choa Chu Kang

• Provide technical support for equipment maintenance, installation, operation, and start-up; prepare field reports post-visit.
• Assist customer service and sales teams with technical and process information for after-market sales.
• Coordinate with customer service and purchasing for after-market sales and delivery.
• Oversee project lifecycle from BOM creation to commissioning and addressing after-sales inquiries.
• Visit prospects, customers, and agents to provide technical advice and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain and analyze records of opportunities, quotes, and contacts to drive actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Open for oversea traveling
• Proficiency in ERP systems, and CAD
