Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. This role supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and events across the Asia region. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support tradeshows, workshops, online events, and other marketing activations.
• Organise and manage event logistics, marketing inventories, and promotional assets.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, reports, and activation records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support the coordination of invitation processes for online and offline campaigns across the Asia region.
• Traffic artwork and marketing support requests, and assist in the development of branded marketing collaterals.
• Work independently to coordinate marketing programs and workshops from planning through execution.
• Provide administrative and operational support for online training sessions and event activations.
• Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects and additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Independent, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with graphic design and print production, with a strong design sensibility.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is an advantage.
• A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
