We are a financial technology company specializing in stock analysis software solutions. As we continue to grow in the region, we are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about finance and customer service to join our Singapore team.
Job Responsibilities- Provide professional customer service and technical support to our members
- Assist in installation and configuration of our stock analysis software
- Edit promotional or educational videos; create marketing visuals
- Support live streaming operations on internal platforms
- Operate basic live-streaming equipment and ensure smooth broadcast delivery
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Media, IT, Marketing, etc.)
- Strong interest or basic knowledge in finance and stock markets or related fields
- Proficiency in video editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere, CapCut) and image editing software (e.g. Photoshop, Canva)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (to serve Chinese-speaking member)
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
- 5-day work week
- Choose one fixed shift (no rotation required):
- Morning Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
