Airfreight Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Airfreight Operations Manager to lead and oversee both export and import operations in Singapore.

This role is not only about managing daily operations, but also about driving operational improvements, enhancing service quality, and building a high-performing team.

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in airfreight operations.
• Hands-on experience in both export and/or import operations.

• Process improvement / SOP development.
• Error reduction and quality improvement.
• Vendor management and performance improvement.
• Cost control and productivity improvement.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to drive change.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration

S$5,000 - S$7,000 dependent on Work Capability & Experience
