Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Functional Screening (Vision and Oral Health)

Work location: Various community venues and primary care facilities across participating healthcare clusters.

• Support community-based functional screening sessions (vision, hearing, oral health) for seniors aged 60 years and above, conducted mainly at community venues and primary care facilities.

• Perform functional screening support tasks (e.g. set up and operate basic screening equipment for vision and oral health according to protocols, prepare test stations, ensure infection control and hygiene).
• Perform simple data entry and documentation in the Clinic Management System (CMS) ensuring accurate capture of participant and screening data.
• Maintain professional conduct, uphold event safety and service standards, and support audit and quality assurance activities as required.
• Assist with logistical tasks such as equipment set-up/teardown, stock checks and packing of materials before and after each screening session.

• HCA-certified (Healthcare Assistant) with valid and recognised certification, or equivalent
