Key Account Manager (FMCG) - Bukit Batok

We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts in the fresh produce or FMCG sector. This role involves close coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of product listings, promotional activities, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key account clients, maintaining strong and professional client relationships.
• Manage end-to-end order execution including product listing, scheduling, and promotional planning.
• Support import/export processes for fresh products, including documentation, labeling standards, and shelf display requirements.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely and high-quality order fulfillment.
• Address client feedback proactively and drive internal process improvements to enhance service quality.
• Prepare business data and analytical reports to support sales and operational decision-making.

Requirements:

• Experience in the fresh produce or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with key account retail operations and previous client-facing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills.
• Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to coordinate between internal and external stakeholders.
