We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Social Media Executive to join our team. This role combines visual design expertise with social media management to enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands current trends, and can create engaging content that drives audience growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials (e.g., social media posts, banners, brochures, advertisements)
- Develop brand-consistent graphics, layouts, and visual assets
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce creative concepts
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, commenting, and responding to messages
- Monitor trends and propose creative ideas to increase engagement and followers
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly
- Produce engaging multimedia content including images, short videos, and reels
- Write compelling captions and basic marketing copy
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and time management skills
- Experience in managing brand social media accounts
- Basic photography or videography skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
