Job Summary:

What You Will Deliver- Daily management of logistics operationsincluding order managing, route planning, and driver co-ordination
- Handle incoming calls and requirements fromdrivers & clients
- Recruit, train, and induct in-house drivers anddrivers-partners to operations excellence.
- Manage all necessary documentation includinginventory management, order payments, Proof of Deliveries
- To consolidate orders to maximize the use of deliveryfleet.
- Assist Operations Manager in executing dailyoperations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in thedepartment
- Assist the management in implementing newstrategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scalingup the operations
- Experience in the logistic industry, warehouse,trucking company, or freight forwarding industry will be a plus
- Having project management experience will be aplus
- Proficient in communicating in Chinese andEnglish as there are different groups of clients/customers from different backgrounds
- Experience in Excel is a must.
- Enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce
- At least 1 year of Logistics Industry experience
- Able to work under pressure and peak deliverables
- Able to work roating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
- Diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent, awarded by BCA Academy, Nanyang Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic or Temasek Polytechnic (optional)

Working Hours:
- 44 hours/week, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 7:00PM (rotating shifts), including weekends and Public Holidays.
