• Basic Salary: $2,200 – $2,800 (up to $3,000 for Seniors)
• Attractive monthly incentives & commissions
• Gross Salary: $3,200 – $5,000+

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the go-to beauty expert customers trust for advice and recommendations
• Help customers discover their perfect products across makeup, skincare, fragrance & haircare
• Hit sales targets by truly understanding customer needs (not just selling!)
• Introduce customers to loyalty perks and online shopping options
• Bring Beauty to Life
• Guide customers through product testing and hands-on experiences
• Provide basic beauty services and tips to elevate their look
• Share the latest trends, hacks, and must-have products

• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually exciting store environment
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are always in top condition
• Support inventory checks and minimise stock loss
• What You Bring
• A genuine passion for beauty and helping people feel confident
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a bonus (but not a must!)
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable vibe
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable using retail systems and technology
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
