Management Director

Oversee the overall operations of one or multiple restaurant outlets to ensure efficiency and profitability

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction
• Lead and mentor restaurant managers and key staff; provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, service, food safety, and financial targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and food hygiene standards
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures across all departments
• Analyze sales, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed business decisions
• Oversee recruitment, staff scheduling, and workforce planning
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships; oversee procurement and inventory management
