Change Management Analyst (1-Year Contract)

About the Role

We are looking for a Change Management Analyst to support a critical system implementation project. This role is focused on enabling a smooth user transition through strategic communications, end-to-end training development and delivery, and adoption-focused change activities to drive successful uptake across the organisation.

This is a 1-year contract role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Communications Support
  • Develop and execute communication materials to keep stakeholders informed throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Create clear, engaging content such as newsletters, announcements, launch updates, FAQs, and progress communications for different audiences
  • Partner with project teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels and manage feedback loops between end users and implementation teams
  • Track and analyse communication effectiveness using metrics and feedback to continuously improve content and approach
  1. Training Development and Delivery
  • Design and deliver training programmes tailored to different user groups and skill levels
  • Create training materials including user guides, quick reference guides, job aids, and training decks
  • Provide ongoing user support during the transition period, addressing questions and challenges as they arise
  • Conduct training needs analysis and skills gap assessments to inform training strategy and content design
  1. Change Management Activities
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders, teams, and processes
  • Support change readiness activities and help address resistance through targeted interventions
  • Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to identify areas requiring reinforcement or adjustments
  • Develop reporting mechanisms and dashboards to track progress against adoption targets
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and working sessions to gather requirements and validate change impacts
  1. Analysis and Assessment
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to map influence, impact, readiness levels, and engagement strategies
  • Gather and analyse user requirements to shape training plans and communications
  • Produce data-driven change impact assessments and present findings to project stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
  • Broad understanding of change management principles and adult learning methodologies
  • Experience in change management, training delivery, communications, or similar organisational roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Project coordination skills and familiarity with training tools/platforms (e.g., LMS, virtual training tools, collaboration platforms)
  • Comfortable working with data: analysing feedback/adoption metrics and supporting evidence-based decisions
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable change and adoption strategies
Desirable Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in training delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience supporting system implementations or digital transformation initiatives
  • Bonus: Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP/CCMP) or recognised training qualifications
