- Provide full spectrum professional administrative and secretarial support to senior management on both personal and business matters, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and discreetly.
- Prioritise work plans and manage day-to-day activities including handling emails, maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and managing phone calls with accuracy and sensitivity.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for senior management including ticketing, accommodation bookings, itinerary planning, and expense reimbursement processes.
- Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, presentation documents, and reports to facilitate smooth communication and effective decision-making within the organisation.
- Liaise with internal teams as well as external parties to arrange meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly and participants are well-informed.
- Assist in event coordination by supporting the planning and execution of company events or functions as required by senior management.
- Undertake any ad hoc projects assigned by senior management, following up on project progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times while demonstrating professionalism in every aspect of your work.
- Support the implementation of new administrative systems or processes that enhance efficiency within the executive office.
