Senior Technical Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors) - Contract - M.Dai

Our client is looking for an experienced senior technical consultant to provide consultancy & support for SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding/Offboarding).
• Gather and analyze user requirements, translate them into system specifications, and manage sign-offs.
• Configure modules, support upgrades/patches, and troubleshoot issues—including system integrations (e.g., payroll, S/4HANA, Concur).
• Coordinate and execute testing (unit, integration, UAT) and assist with user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with users, vendors, and internal teams on system maintenance and project rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data governance.

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT or related field with 5+ years’ experience in SuccessFactors configuration and support.
• Familiarity with system integrations and tools like SAC, RPA, and data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• SuccessFactors certifications and experience in HR process automation are advantageous.
