About the role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing outstanding customer service and driving sales in our Changi Airport East Region store.This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
What you'll be doing- Greet and assist customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to help customers find the perfect items
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock and organise merchandise to ensure the store looks its best
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless shopping experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the toys or children's products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages
