Chief Sales Representative - Geylang

Position Summary:
The Chief Sales Representative will take full ownership of sales strategy and execution, with a strong focus on developing new client relationships and expanding our international presence. This role requires a self-driven, results-oriented leader who can work independently, identify growth opportunities, and consistently deliver on ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and implement sales strategies to open new markets and client accounts, both domestically and internationally.
- Identify and approach potential customers, distributors, EPCs, and end users to build a solid and diverse client base.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with major clients, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth and brand recognition through strategic outreach and market intelligence.
- Analyze global market trends, competitor activity, and client demands to continuously adapt sales tactics.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade missions, and client site visits.
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Business, Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
- At least 2 years of B2B industrial sales experience, with a strong record of developing new customers and markets.
- Experience in the flange or pipe fitting industry or related steel products is strongly preferred.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a hunter mindset.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willing and able to travel internationally as required.
