Sales Support Executive (Existing Customer Management)

Job Summary

Support key account operations, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and manage the PUDO network while promoting new products and services.

• Support the daily operation and management of key accounts to ensure service quality.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Introduce and promote new products and services to existing clients.
• Assist in the management and coordination of the PUDO (Pick-Up & Drop-Off) network
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues.

• Experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
• Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and operational coordination.
