IT Infrastructure & Operations Executive | Listed Company; Ups to $7000

Requiring the ability to manage and handle all IT operations independently for the company.

Job Scope:

• Manage and support daily IT operations, including Microsoft 365 and Lark administration
• Provide L1 & L2 IT support for hardware, software, network, server and access-related issues
• Set up and maintain employee laptops, PCs, and IT equipment
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account and access management
• Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and coordinate IT procurement with vendors
• Design and maintain Lark workflows and automation to improve business processes
• Support IT compliance, audit documentation, access reviews, IT security controls and system records
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate IT processes and operations
• Prepare IT SOPs, user guides, and system documentation
• Support regional offices across Singapore, Japan, and Indonesia, including occasional travel

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems, Development skills (Python or JavaScript preferred) for bot and integration development
• Knowledge of Lark Open Platform API will be beneficial
