Compliance Officer - Quality Assurance/ Internal Audit (1-year Contract)

We are currently seeking for dedicated and self-motivated individuals to join our Compliance Assurance Team as Senior Officer or Assistant Manager (1-year contract).

Main Duties:

• Assist to review samples where required and draft observations.

• Assist with the SDIC Register Controls biannual review.
• Assist with the quarterly quality assurance check on Siron KYC & AML alerts cleared by Transaction Monitoring Team.
• Assist with the biannual quality assurance check on Siron KYC alerts cleared by Branches and Project Team's activities in Siron

• Review the test samples to ensure all the documents provided and data input are accurate.
• Conduct pre audit checks and liaise with the TS/HP Disbursement/Collections team to obtain and review the relevant documents.
• Liaise with the dealers prior to site visit and participate in the site visit at borrower's office.
• Draft report for team lead to review.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in Quality Assurance / Internal Audit
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across all levels
