The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent business acumen, and proven experience in a senior business development role.
Chair meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, technical experts, etc. to resolve any design/budget/technical issues that might derail the project delivery. Coordinate building inspections by relevant authorities.Direct all site activities of site staff, contractors and suppliers, etc., and manage the communication between different groups to ensure timely response to project requirements.Draw up corrective measures when the building works are off-schedule. Ensure compliance to building regulations and safety measures.
Manage and deliver projects within project timeline and budget, as well as the framework of risk and environmental considerations. Manage budgets of construction projects. Manage work delivery and resources based on the resource allocation and project schedules.Review construction progress and address the needs of the stakeholders at various stages of the project.Work with design teams to review design solutions and ensure they meet project budget and timeline.
15 years of experience in business development or sales in the construction or real estate sector.Proven track record of winning large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction management processes and industry stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset.Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management software.
