Senior Technical Officer (Security Systems, eg. CCTV, ACS, IDS, etc.)

Our client is looking for next team members to join their growing team :

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute service and maintenance workflows for security systems.
• Liaise closely with client representatives to resolve all service/maintenance-related issues.
• Mentor and support junior service team members.
• Assist the supervisor in deploying teams and distributing responsibilities for service delivery.
• Manage daily interactions with clients to ensure service expectations are met.
• Support troubleshooting and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities at clients’ premises.
• Understand each client’s business structure and needs to deliver tailored and satisfactory service.
• Ensure all work complies with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
• Perform additional technical tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in security systems.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with:
• Integrated Security Management Systems
• Card Access Control Systems
• Intrusion Detection Systems
• CCTV systems
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
