Executive Assistant/ Business Administrator
Our esteemed client is looking for:
An Executive Assistant/ Business Administrator who has supported senior leaders, handled travel/ calendar/meetings, has some tender/ proposal/ bid coordination, is strong in document control, and is comfortable with expenses/ invoices/ commercial admin in a structured professional-services environment.

- Position : Executive Assistant/ Business Administrator
- Location : City/ Downtown - 2 minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15)
- Working hours : 5 Days - Office hours/ Hybrid working policy & flexible working hours
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5500 per month + profit sharing (subject to global performance) + 13th month bonus.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to teams including calendar coordination, meeting arrangements, travel bookings and event logistics.
- Prepare and format documents, reports and presentations according to corporate templates.
- Maintain records and internal systems, including updating CRM entries, project documentation and distribution lists.
- Support project and tender administration, including document compilation, coordination of submissions and filing.
- Assist with timesheets, expense processing, invoice submissions and basic reporting.
- Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding and training logistics.
- Manage general enquiries and internal administrative requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative and project support to business teams when required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline, or equivalent administrative experience.
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organization, time-management and document coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism when handling information.
