Job Description- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models — especially deep learning and computer vision pipelines — for video/image analysis in industrial environments.
- Fine-tune models (YOLO, Detectron2, etc.) for real-time object detection, behavior recognition, and anomaly detection.
- Work with a team of data scientists and engineers to train models on diverse datasets from warehouses, ports, and factories in Southeast Asia.
- Build and improve pipelines for model evaluation, bias detection, versioning, and performance tracking.
- Integrate ML models into our end-to-end monitoring platform — with a focus on latency, edge deployment, and explainability.
- Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and edge devices to optimize model inference.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our safety advisors and partners to translate operational needs into ethical, high-performing models.
- Contribute to AI governance best practices — ensuring your models are accurate, fair, and auditable.
