We are seeking an inspiring and forward‑thinking Head of School to lead our Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science disciplines. This is a strategic academic leadership role suited for individuals passionate about teaching, research, and innovation—especially in areas shaping the future of technology.

What You Will Do
As Head of School, you will play a pivotal role in driving academic quality, inspiring faculty, and shaping the learning journey of future AI and tech professionals.
Academic & Curriculum Leadership- Lead the delivery of high‑quality, industry-relevant academic programmes.
- Develop curricula, assessments, and learning materials that reflect the latest advancements.
- Ensure programmes stay innovative, relevant, and aligned with industry expectations.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, mentoring, staffing, and performance management.
- Plan modules and timetables to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, teaching excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Champion a student‑centred learning environment.
- Guide student induction, engagement, and academic support initiatives.
- Drive initiatives that enhance learning outcomes and student success.
- Strengthen relationships with industry partners, alumni, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee accreditation processes and uphold academic quality standards.
- Manage school budgets, resources, and laboratory planning.
- Represent LSBF in academic and professional forums, enhancing the School’s profile.
Teaching
Candidates should be able to teach 2–3 subjects from the following list:
- Machine Learning
- Knowledge Graphs
- Data Mining
- Robotics

- Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence
- Effective Research & Professional Practice
- Artificial Intelligence Planning
- A PhD (or equivalent) in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Strong track record in teaching, academic leadership, and programme management.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more AI/CS specialisations listed above.
- A collaborative leader with strong communication and people‑management skills.
