About the role

Join Vin's Automotive Group as a Junior Software Developer and play a key role in developing cutting-edge software solutions for our industry-leading automotive services. In this full-time position based in the Bishan Central Region, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, building and maintaining innovative software applications that drive our business forward.

What you'll be doing

Translate design wireframes and visual mockups into high-quality code using React.js, Nextjs.
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain user interface components, ensuring seamless integration and

optimal performance across various devices and browsers.

Collaborate closely with the design team to enhance overall UI/UX experiences.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future projects.
Integrate with RESTful services through API integration.
Deploy systems to production and provide postimplementation support.
Assist in the user acceptance testing process.
Implement, customize, test, document and maintain software applications.
Adhere to high-quality development principles, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

What we're looking for

A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science
1 or 2 years experience
Experience with Typescript and frameworks such as React.js, Next.js.
Knowledge of WebSocket, RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in React Native (JavaScript/Typescript) would be advantaged
Experience with code versioning tools such as Git.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
