Product Launch & Supply Chain Analyst

Our client is a global leading chemicals manufacturer. Due to evolving business needs, we are partnering them to hire a Product Launch & Supply Chain Analyst.

Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Lead, this role is responsible for driving the end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches and product transitions across the region, ensuring timely product availability and alignment across functions.

• Act as Supply Chain Project Lead for new product launches and transitions, partnering closely with Marketing and Product teams to develop execution plans across markets.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure readiness across forecasting, production, ordering processes, and distribution.
• Manage launch timelines, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional product review and launch discussions.
• Analyse product performance and sales data to identify opportunities for SKU rationalisation and portfolio optimisation.
• Support new product requests by evaluating supply chain feasibility and readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance speed-to-market, simplify processes, and strengthen operational discipline.
• Develop and standardise SOPs, SLAs, and work instructions across functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, with exposure to NPI, product launches, or cross-functional project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP (ECC6 / R3) and good proficiency in Excel.
