Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the flow of operations within Secure Logistics Services and coordinating with stakeholders ensure optimal service delivery to client
  • Working with vendors for up-keeping of facility and operability of equipment
  • Tracking on reporting strength for daily operations
  • Act as point of contact to stakeholders for any operational matters, incidents, and necessary follow-up actions
  • Ensure high standards of security and facilitate smooth operations within the secure facility
  • Taking initiative in seeking continuous improvement in operational and administrative processes
  • Monitor staffs' adherence to all company policies, procedures, business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented
  • Generate and provide operational performance reports to respective stakeholders
  • Management and ensuring adherence to access control procedures
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
Skills & Experience
  • Diploma/ Degree from a recognized institution of any discipline
  • Candidates with experience in leadership positions will be considered favourably
  • Effective team players with strong coordination skills
  • Strong ability in resource planning, organization & implementation
  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work on 12-hours rotating shift
