Duties & Responsibilities- Develop a strong understanding of the flow of operations within Secure Logistics Services and coordinating with stakeholders ensure optimal service delivery to client
- Working with vendors for up-keeping of facility and operability of equipment
- Tracking on reporting strength for daily operations
- Act as point of contact to stakeholders for any operational matters, incidents, and necessary follow-up actions
- Ensure high standards of security and facilitate smooth operations within the secure facility
- Taking initiative in seeking continuous improvement in operational and administrative processes
- Monitor staffs' adherence to all company policies, procedures, business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented
- Generate and provide operational performance reports to respective stakeholders
- Management and ensuring adherence to access control procedures
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Diploma/ Degree from a recognized institution of any discipline
- Candidates with experience in leadership positions will be considered favourably
- Effective team players with strong coordination skills
- Strong ability in resource planning, organization & implementation
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong computer literacy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work on 12-hours rotating shift
