The ideal candidate must be comfortable with night calls to align with global and regional stakeholders and possess strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence and Research:
- Lead and contribute to comprehensive market research efforts, including tracking and analyzing industry trends, customer buying behaviors, competitor strategies, and advertising performance.
- Provide actionable insights to inform business decisions, improve sales tactics, and enhance overall marketing strategies.
- Participate in night calls with regional and global teams to coordinate marketing strategies and updates.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and execution.
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, trade shows, seminars, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience needs.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, creative) to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives
- Oversee production of high-quality advertising materials, event collateral, social media content, booth displays.
- Manage multiple marketing projects concurrently, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery.
- Drive the successful execution of key strategic initiatives and evaluate program performance
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute campaigns effectively.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or any related discipline
- Experience working in Chemical Manufacturing industry is preferred/Knowledge in Chemical Solutions is preferred
- Minimum 6 years of relevant regional Marketing experience or similar function
- Comfortable with night calls to support cross-regional communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Experience working in the Chemical/Manufacturing industry is preferred
