About the Role:

You will play a key part in supporting patients through accurate billing, processing of deposits and charges, and providing financial counseling. Your role ensures that each patient receives timely and professional service during their healthcare journey.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: Staggered shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: Half-day, required once or twice a month
Requirements:
GCE N/O Levels or Diploma in any discipline
Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
Good with numbers and handling financial information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A reliable team player with a service-oriented mindset
