Full-time/ Part-time English Educator Management Trainee

We are hiring a full-time English Educator / Management trainee for a centre-based teaching role in the central region of Singapore.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys teaching, communicates well with students and parents, and wants to grow in a structured and supportive teaching environment. You will typically begin with small groups of 1 to 4 students and teach English across Primary and Secondary levels, depending on subject fit and teaching readiness.

Jobscope:

• Class & Learning Management – You will manage classes (online & onsite) effectively with an understanding of your students’ learning needs and motivations.
• Lesson Preparation & Delivery – You will prepare lessons in accordance with our curriculum and contribute to material review and curriculum improvement (including grammar, composition, and comprehension).
• Communication – You will communicate with fellow team members and parents on their children’s learning progress and make appropriate recommendations for further improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Energetic and engaging classroom delivery.
• A Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university.
• Strong academic background and understanding in English language and literature, with the ability to simplify complex linguistic concepts for Primary/Secondary students.
• Prior teaching experience (MOE, commercial classes, enrichment centres, or private tuition).
• Fresh graduates with strong subject confidence and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
