Looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys engaging customers and driving sales in a fast-paced environment!- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound sales enquiries
- Promote products/services over phone and messaging platforms
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Process orders and follow up on sales leads
✅ Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in an office-based (indoor) environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Relevant experience is an advantage, but not required
- Candidates with experience in the Food distribution & HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) industry will have an added advantage
