This is a high-impact leadership role within the legal function, offering the opportunity to shape regional strategy while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Reporting to the regional legal leadership team, you will be responsible for the management of key regional legal functions within the CSP business line.Acting as a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in enabling commercial outcomes while ensuring robust legal and regulatory compliance across the region.
You will oversee the organisation's commercial contracting activities, lead the design and implementation of compliance frameworks, and proactively identify and mitigate legal and operational risks
- all while supporting business growth and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and manage key regional legal functions within the CSP business line across APAC
- Oversee and drive commercial contracting strategy, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements
- Design, implement and continuously enhance legal and compliance frameworks aligned with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies
- Partner closely with business leaders to provide pragmatic, solution-oriented legal advice that supports commercial objectives
- Identify, assess and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across multiple jurisdictions
- Support governance, regulatory and internal control initiatives across the region
- Drive consistency, efficiency and best practices across legal processes and operations What you'll need to succeed Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials with at least 10 years of PQE in both a law firm and an in-house environment, ideally within the tech software industry space.
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks across APAC marketability to operate in a fast-paced, matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
Commercial astute, with the ability to balance risk and business priorities.Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and influencing skills.
