IT PMO Business Services Analyst - Toa Payoh

• Employment Type: Contract – 12 Months
• Work Location: Haw Par Techno Centre
• Salary: Up to $4,000 per month
• Job Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day operations of the project under the Program/Project Management Office (PMO).
• Assist project team in the preparation of program-level reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Manage administrative processes related to billing, invoicing, procurement, and resource planning.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of client requirements, project updates, and PMO documentation.
• Monitor project status and assist in generating timely status reports.
• Attend and participate in project meetings; document and follow up on key action items.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with internal and client PMO standards.
• Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Requirements:
• Immediate starters preferred.
• Singaporean Citizens only (due to government project/client compliance).
