Project Coordinator
Role Overview:Support the Project Manager and site teams in coordinating, and executing projects across multiple job sites. Ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities- Plan and manage resource deployment (manpower and equipment) for projects to ensure safe and smooth operations.
- Ensure all safety procedures, permits, and operational paperwork are completed and submitted on time.
- Identify and help resolve any project-related issues or risks in a timely manner
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including operations teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Supervise and coordinate teams of workers and external vendors to ensure proper upkeep and security of the sites.
- Write and submit reports as and when necessary
- - Relevant diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ project management experience.
- Singapore Class 3 driving license or own transport (must travel independently to sites).
- Hands-on leader, willing to work alongside site teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Flexible to work at different job sites, including outdoors.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
