Sales Coordinator / Order Processing Executive (Entry Level | Office Hours)

- Salary: $2,200 to $3,000 (subjected to your experience)

- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Liaise with customers on order status, delivery timelines, and general enquiries
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documentation
- Maintain proper documentation and update records in internal systems
- Assist the sales team with administrative support and coordination tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and highlight any discrepancies or issues
- Support ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by the team
- Candidates with strong interest in sales coordination or order processing are welcome to apply (training provided)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle administrative tasks with accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
