Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. You will plan, create, and execute social media campaigns that boost engagement, drive traffic, and enhance brand awareness.

A key part of the role includes collaborating with influencers/KOLs to expand our reach and strengthen our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Management
Develop and execute engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, identity, and marketing objectives.
Work closely with the design and content team for visuals, graphics, and videos.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and manage social media calendars to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Run paid social advertising campaigns and optimize for best ROI.
  • KOL & Influencer Collaboration

Identify, reach out, and build relationships with relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators.

Negotiate collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships to amplify campaign reach.
Coordinate product seeding, co-branded content, and influencer-driven campaigns.
Track influencer performance and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Community Management
Engage with followers, influencers, and communities to build a strong brand presence.
Handle social media inquiries and escalate customer concerns when necessary.
  • Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, CTR, conversions).
Generate regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral content, and emerging platforms.
Suggest innovative strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.
  • Brand & Competitor Analysis
Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities.

Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and influencer collaborations for a brand or agency.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, campaign negotiation, and performance tracking.
  • Creative copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads management (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
