Asset Management Manager / Senior Manager

Our client is looking for an Asset Management Manager / Senior Manager, based in Singapore. This role will be responsible for driving asset performance, value enhancement, and operational excellence across a portfolio of properties including commercial and industrial in the SEA region.
The successful candidate will bring a strong property management foundation, combined with commercial acumen, to optimise asset value and ensure high standards of asset operations.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Operations Management Oversight- Oversee property management teams and third-party operators across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure high standards of property operations, tenant services, and facility management
- Drive operational efficiencies and implement best-in-class property management practices
- Resolve complex operational issues and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Work closely with leasing teams on tenant mix strategy, lease structuring, and rental optimisation
- Oversee key tenant relationships and support negotiations for major leases or renewals
- Monitor market trends to maintain competitive positioning of assets
- Provide regional support across commercial, and industrial assets in SEA
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including development, investment, and finance teams
- Support acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence processes from an asset management perspective
- Degree in Property Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong foundation in property management and operations
- Proven track record managing commercial, or industrial assets
- Experience working with developers is preferred
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting and asset performance reporting
- Familiarity with SEA real estate markets is highly advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required
