Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage material requirements based on customer order, forecasts and production orders.
Work with BDG on Load versu commit,waterfall simmulations and plan change simmulations
Execute MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to ensure timely Material availability
Interface with Purchasing on CTB & perform rescheduling as appropriate to optimize the revenue & reduce inventory
Establish relevant action plans to meet inventory goals and obsolescence control
Liaise with sales, production, production planner, buyer, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) -Support cross-functional meetings related to planning, demand review, and supply review
Ensure effective material planning support during engineering changes (ECO/ECN) and new product introductions (NPI)
Identify planning gaps and recommend improvement actions -Support planning process improvements (e.g. S&OP, MRP optimization, ERP usage)
Assist in system enhancements or digitalization projects related to planning

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field

10 years of experience in material planning , manufacturing planning or supply chain

Experience in ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, LN system) is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Excel, planning tools and data analysis

Able to manage complexity and drive change
