Job Responsibilities:
- Perform System Setup, Database setup, resolve technical & design issues
- Support for IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS
- Basic setup of Network switches and able to perform network check and IP address configuration of all the network devices within the project
- Installation, debugging and troubleshooting IT-related issues
- Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope
- Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters
Requirements:
- At least 1 – 2 years’ onsite Cybersecurity/System Engineer experience
- Proficient in Database, Cybersecurity and Windows OS Virtualization
- Excellent communication skills with customers
- Keen sense of urgency for service performance issues
- Diploma or Degree in any IT discipline or equivalent
