Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the team and management
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital and physical)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Handle basic invoicing and administrative financial tasks
- Support HR-related tasks such as leave tracking and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum [Diploma / Degree] in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Experience in construction or related industry (advantage)
- Familiarity with basic accounting or payroll processes
