Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service inquiries.
- Issue quotations and follow up with client's confirmation
- Coordinate service schedules.
- Ensure efficient communication between the service teams and clients.
- Administrative support and client relationship management to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Positive / Independent / Responsible / Meticulous
- Previous experience in service coordination or a related role is preferred; candidates with relevant experience will have an added advantage.
- With 1-2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
