Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service inquiries.
  • Issue quotations and follow up with client's confirmation
  • Coordinate service schedules.
  • Ensure efficient communication between the service teams and clients.
  • Administrative support and client relationship management to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Positive / Independent / Responsible / Meticulous
  • Previous experience in service coordination or a related role is preferred; candidates with relevant experience will have an added advantage.
  • With 1-2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
