We're Hiring: Full-Time Management Trainee!

Matrix Math is looking for passionate fresh graduates with a strong mathematics background to join our team as Full-Time Management Trainee. This role offers a structured career development journey in education, equipping candidates with essential skills in teaching, syllabus development, tuition centre operations, customer engagement, and education marketing.

What You’ll Gain:

As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in:

1. Teaching & Classroom Management – Learn how to engage students and deliver effective lessons.
2. Syllabus Development & Content Creation – Contribute to lesson planning and curriculum improvements.
3. Tuition Centre Administration – Understand the operational aspects of running a learning centre.
4. Customer & Partner Management – Develop communication skills to interact with parents, students, and business partners to foster strong relationships.
5. Sales & Marketing (including Social Media Marketing) – Gain hands-on experience in promoting educational programmes, managing social media campaigns, and engaging potential students.

Who We're Looking For:

• Candidates with rights to work in Singapore only
• Diploma or University graduates
• Strong math background with an interest in teaching
• Passionate about helping students build confidence and problem-solving skills

• Interested in education marketing and content promotion, particularly on social media platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with parents and business partners effectively
• No prior teaching experience is required – full training will be provided!

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Friday - 2.30pm to 9.30pm
• At least one weekend - 9.30am to 4.30pm

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
