The Opportunity- Adecco is partnering with our client, a leading banking organization, to hire a Business Analyst - Fund Services based in Singapore.
- This is a 6-month contract role supporting a regional Fund Services transformation initiative. The role sits within the Securities & Fiduciary Services Operations function and focuses on enhancing operational processes, system integration, and client service delivery across regional and global teams.
- The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to support business analysis, process improvement, system implementation, and operational optimization initiatives within Fund Services operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Fund Services, Securities Services, or Financial Services operations
- Strong knowledge of MultiFonds and Fund Services processes
- Experience working with regional or global operational teams
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting system implementation, process improvement, and operational change initiatives
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio/documentation tools
- Experience within banking or financial institutions
- Exposure to operational risk analysis and process optimization initiatives
- Experience supporting UAT, system testing, and validation activities
- Familiarity with securities operations and fiduciary services processes
- Experience preparing training materials, SOPs, and user documentation
Job Description
As a Business Analyst - Fund Services, you will support the delivery and enhancement of operational and technology initiatives within the Fund Services function while ensuring alignment with regional and global operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements for Fund Services initiatives
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to design and implement operational solutions
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Provide subject matter expertise to support operational teams and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements and new product offerings
- Analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
- Support seamless integration of new solutions into existing operational processes
- Assist stakeholders in resolving operational and process-related challenges
