Responsibilities
  • Sales order processing
  • Credit notes processing
  • Processing of office stock request and staff purchase
  • Sorting and filing of sales invoices
  • Filing of shipment documents
  • Coordination with 3PL on delivery matters and follow up on customer/ sales enquiries.
  • Shipment processing – PO creation and receiving into ERP system
Requirements
  • Business Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Candidates without the required qualification, but with relevant experience may apply.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP platforms, such as SAP and Oracle an advantage
  • Organized, process-orientated and the ability to work independently
  • Fresh graduate with interest in supply chain
  • Working experience with any integrated ERP/ MRP system would be an advantage
