Responsibilities
- Sales order processing
- Credit notes processing
- Processing of office stock request and staff purchase
- Sorting and filing of sales invoices
- Filing of shipment documents
- Coordination with 3PL on delivery matters and follow up on customer/ sales enquiries.
- Shipment processing – PO creation and receiving into ERP system
- Business Diploma or its equivalent.
- Candidates without the required qualification, but with relevant experience may apply.
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
- Experience with ERP platforms, such as SAP and Oracle an advantage
- Organized, process-orientated and the ability to work independently
- Fresh graduate with interest in supply chain
- Working experience with any integrated ERP/ MRP system would be an advantage
