Our client is seeking a Assistant Facility Manager / Facility Manager to join their team!

• Lead daily operations: Manage the efficient maintenance of assigned properties, ensuring all facilities and M&E systems function effectively.
• Team management: Oversee and guide a team of Assistant Facility Managers, Engineers, and Technical personnel to ensure smooth operations and maintenance.
• Implement maintenance programs: Plan and execute preventive maintenance initiatives to prolong the lifespan of building systems and assets.
• Resource optimization: Oversee and optimize the use of resources, utilities, and services to achieve cost savings and sustainability targets.
• Stakeholder communication: Liaise with building owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to address concerns and queries promptly.
• Compliance and safety: Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe work environment.
• Performance monitoring: Track maintenance works, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports to ensure compliance with performance frameworks.
• Budget management: Maintain accurate records and manage budgets for assigned properties effectively.

• Experienced professional: Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in facilities or property management, preferably in the commercial and/or ministry sectors.
• Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of M&E facilities maintenance, building systems, and regulatory requirements is essential for success in this role.
• Problem-solving skills: Excellent facilities management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are crucial for addressing complex challenges.
• Leadership abilities: You should be able to effectively supervise and coordinate a team of contractors and service providers.
• Communication skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using relevant facilities management software and systems is required.
• Educational background: A Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification in facilities management, engineering, or any relevant discipline is preferred.
