Recruitment Consultant - Banking & Financial Services

• Drive business development within the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) space, winning and converting new mandates
• Build and manage relationships with HR, TA, and senior hiring managers across banks and financial institutions
• Partner clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and workforce planning
• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement
• Source and engage banking professionals across front, middle, and back-office functions
• Screen and assess candidates for technical capability, product knowledge, and cultural fit
• Advise on market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insights
• Build strong talent pipelines across Global Markets, IB, Risk, Compliance, and Finance

• Degree/Diploma; Finance or Business-related fields preferred
• Proven experience in agency recruitment within Banking & Financial Services
• Strong track record in business development and client management
• Good understanding of banking functions and hiring trends
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders (e.g. Directors, MDs, Heads of TA)
• Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen
