Shipping Executive (Freight/ Import/ Export)
- Location : Cantonment Road (Nearest MRT- Outram Park)
- Working hours : 5 days work week: Monday- Friday: 8:30-5:30
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process shipping documentation including Import/Export, LC, Bill of Lading, and FTA documents.
- Coordinate shipments with forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide customer support on shipment enquiries, shipping options, timelines, and regulations.
- Arrange freight bookings and shipment scheduling according to company requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Send shipment documents to clients, agents, and shipping partners accurately and on time.
- Maintain good relationships with agents, shipping companies, and logistics partners.
- Monitor shipping rates and conduct basic cost analysis.
- Support overseas agents coordination and development of new accounts.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Candidates with experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination will have an advantage.
- Good knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation is preferred.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who communicate only in Mandarin.
