Responsibilities

Communicate detailed information about company services, sales promotions, and discounts to businesses and organizations to generate qualified sales opportunities
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels
Manage and expand an individual sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase revenue
Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to convert prospects into clients and close sales effectively
Conduct cold calls and hold face-to-face meetings with clients to build strong relationships and negotiate sales agreements
Execute additional tasks as assigned to support overall business objectives and contribute to team success

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma qualification within 2 years
Relevant sales experience
Proficiency in outdoor sales activities
Solid expertise in B2B sales
Confidence in making outbound calls
Availability to start immediately

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Preferably Sales experienced the telecommunications industry
