Project Manager (Main con/Reputable sub-con/ facility management) LT76 - Toa Payoh

Job Description:

• Project management of Spalling Concrete Solution (CRR) which includes: Training and Audit, Manpower Management, P&L management of Nippon Paint Spalling Concrete, Revenue, Cost and Margin.
• Main Liaison with partner companies/contractors/HDB on all CRR matters.
• Presentation to HDB and key stakeholders of CRR.
• Work with Contracts Department on CRR operations admin support.
• Work with Technical Department on product testing, certification and other technical matters.
• Work with Procurement Department on product purchases, shipment and delivery.
• Reports directly to Deputy General Manager, provide regular updates on training, audit, manpower matters, site situation & progress, and other CRR matters.
• Undertake other job functions as and when assigned based on project needs.

Job Requirements:

• Must have class 3 driving license and own a car (required to travel to various site locations for work).
• Min 3 years experience as Project Manager with experience managing main contractors/reputable sub-contractors in construction or facility management industry.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
• Able to manage challenging situations independently.
