The Supply Chain Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the entire supply chain function.This includes procurement, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and demand planning. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and scalability, ensuring service excellence and alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that supports the company’s growth and operational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end supply chain functions including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and demand planning.
- Identify and implement technologies and process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and visibility.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Lead efforts to streamline operations, reduce costs, and mitigate risks across the supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality and performance.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with broader business needs.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing supply chain and logistics team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to future supply chain leaders within the organization.
- Leverage data analytics to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and improve decision-making.
- Monitor key metrics (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and execute supply chain risk management plans to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics leadership roles, preferably in large-scale or multinational environments.
- Proven track record of driving cost savings, process improvement, and operational excellence.
- Deep understanding of supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS, data analytics platforms).
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
