We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to ensure the company and its clients meet all regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and ensure compliance with Singapore laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct KYC, AML, and due diligence checks on clients.
- Review and maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Provide guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Report and escalate potential compliance breaches to management.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise relevant departments accordingly.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ compliance experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate services firm.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, and other relevant regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
